How it works

   Choose the city and cemetery

   Choose the city where the service is provided and the cemetery where the grave is located.

   Enter the deceased's details

   Enter the deceased's first name, last name, and date of birth and death.

   Mark the grave's location

   Mark the grave's location on the map. If you can't pinpoint the exact location, you can describe its approximate location in a voice message.

   The grave's location is located based on the information you provide. If it cannot be found, the amount paid is refunded.

   Choose a service package

   Choose either the Classic or the Special package.

   Choose a cleaning time

   Choose the date that suits you.

   Orders cannot be scheduled less than 24 hours in advance. Orders scheduled 24–48 hours in advance are treated as Express orders and carry a 10 AZN surcharge. Orders scheduled more than 48 hours in advance are not subject to the Express surcharge.

   Complete the payment

   Confirm your order by paying the full amount for the service.

   View your report in the app

   Once the service is complete, you'll receive the report in the PakMazar mobile app. The Classic package includes a before-and-after photo report; the Special package includes a before-and-after photo and video report.
